Rectified deionized must concentrate is the best of concentrated musts. These are liquid grape sugar (fructose 50% - glucose 50%) obtained from the highest quality grapes and concentrated to 65 ° Brix. Absolutely colorless, perfect for any kind of sweetening of drinks in a natural way.

Conversion of MCR liter to kilogram MCR: (liters) MCR x 1.33 = (kg) MCR

Dosage: LITERS of wine (another beverage) x required sweetening (g / l): 880 = liters of MCR

For example: we need to add 100 g of wine by 5 g / l. 100 x 5: 880 = 0.57 l MCR x 1.33 = 0.75 kg MCR

Usage: Enrichment of musts, Sweetening of wines and spirits, Drawing off and shipping liqueur.

Aroma/Taste: Typical, free of odor and flavor, sweet taste

The product complies with the EC hygiene rules for the production of food products for human consumption. Product features comply with European food directives.

Upon agreement, we are also able to offer a BIO-certified concentrate, made from grapes from vineyards cultivated by ecological methods, which are defined at EU level by EU Directives 834/2007 and 889/2008 on organic production and labeling of organic products and according to the general EU guidelines for wine production 479/2008 (annex 4 and 5), which defines cellar technology when using ecologically produced grapes.
